Useless Knowledge.

Just a few things about me, that really have no bearing on anything (other than, I'm bored, and need to blog;)

~ I like to eat strawberries year round, not just when they're in season... unless of course, they are from Walmart and have been there for a while; hence, the lovely grayish-green mold.

~ I would prefer to never wear a coat again. I'm not a fan of a coat. They are large, bulky items that just seem to add unnecessary pounds to an otherwise slim figure. I do, however, like to wear a sweater on occasion.

~ I like most kinds of music... cannot stand screaming in a song! Is it really necessary?

~ I'd prefer to be cold and have to wrap up in a warm blanket and sit in front of a fireplace. Please do not mistake this for me liking cold weather!! Quite the contrary... I'd prefer it to be 100 degrees outside, and 65 in my house. Ask my friends... some of them will not enter my house in the summer because they claim it is too cold. Whatever... ;)

~ I love all things photography!! I've been told that I should do it for a living... my fear is that I will not enjoy it if it's my job.

~ I like watching my children sleep... Sydney says I'm a 'creeper' for this. When she's a mother, she'll understand.

~ I have the priviledge of homeschooling my youngest son, Nicholas. He learns differently than others... I'm ok with that. In fact, I quite like it.

~ I am the proud 'owner' of a Bixby High School cheerleader. I guess 'owner' is the wrong word, but I liked the way it sounded.

~ One of my favorite times of year is baseball season. I love watching my boys play catcher! I can get a little loud at games, but I'm ok with that. I'm hoping not to get ejected from a game for being too boistrous.

~ I've learned to give myself a pretty good manicure and pedicure... why pay for that when I can do it myself?? With that said, I cannot massage my feet and legs like the sweet ladies at Dawson's can... I will continue to go to them for that.

~ I miss being creative. Must tap into that again sometime soon!!

~ I have the desire to 'go green'... I just need to find the motivation for said 'greenness'.

~ I have not yet met my nephew, Bryce. I'm very sad about this! I wonder if he even knows I exist?!?!

~ I love to get hugs from Max... only he's 11 years old, and it's not cool to give those in public. Guess I will settle on private hugs for now.

~ Nicholas, on the other hand, gives hugs freely... whenever and wherever he pleases... this is just fine with me.

~ Sydney has three best friends... They are known as the FourMan WolfPack. I love them dearly, and miss them when they're not here.

~ I've been a bit under the weather lately, and miss cooking... is that possible??

~ I like chicken salad and pasta salad... note to self... Make both this week.

~ I've known my husband since I was 14 years old... I'm now 36. We started dating when I was 15. Got married when I was 20. Had my first baby when I was 22. I love him more today than I did when we married ;)

~ Are you people getting bored yet??

~ I like boring cereal... when I eat it. Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran... Yum yum!

~ I think it would be awesome to create something for the toilet that will keep the pee from ending up on the seat, the side of the toilet, and eventually, the floor. I'll have to think on this one some more.

~ My dishwasher is broken. I greatly dislike this! I've washed dishes by hand for the past three weeks. I'm not high maintenance, and I do not feel the need to HAVE a dishwasher, but my hands are DRY, and I cannot stand it!! Must get lotion from the store.

~ I never thought I'd like to live in Oklahoma. Guess I was wrong.

~ I used to think it was 'fun' to wear high heeled shoes. Whoa... was I wrong! If I never wore another pair of heels in my life, I'd be a happy girl ;)

~ I'm hungry after mentioning food in this blog, so I'm going to eat. I reserve the right to add to this list at a later date :)
