Thought you might like to see what we're eating this week.  As usual, it's a jam-packed with football, cheerleading, and school events.  Dinners are as follows:

Monday:  homemade sausage pizza

Tuesday:  lemon pepper chicken, rice, broccoli, corn

Wednesday:  ham, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, homemade rolls

Thursday:  (crock-pot meal) roast, potatoes, carrots, homemade bread

Friday:  dinner OUT

Saturday:  leftovers (there should be plenty)

Sunday:  shredded bbq chicken & chips, refried beans, spanish rice


Also, I made chili tonight for dinner, and posted about it on my Facebook page.  You can find the recipe here.  I follow the recipe, pretty much, as written.  The only difference is that I 'dechunk' the veggies... I put the onion, green pepper, and garlic in a small food processor.  My family has an aversion to anything green... or vegetable-like.  I'm a lil sneaky that way :)
