June in Review : A List

Since it's July 1st, I thought I'd give a lil recap of all of the things that have gone on over the past month. I will apologize in advance for the lack of adjectives, and will try to include them in the next post ;)

Here goes:

Last day of school (this actually happened in May, but I wanted to include it).

Sydney had cheer camp.

Nic's team wrapped up their baseball season.

Sydney coached youth cheer camp.

Syd and friends began a bible study for the summer (so proud of them!).

Bug man came to spray for ants... I greatly dislike those critters!

Max had a dr appointment. Has another one at the end of July.

Syd took the ACT.

Already have the results of the ACT... so proud of my girl!

Max and Nic started going to Spartan Pride.

And complaining about it.

Then I complained about them complaining.

Doesn't the Bible say to 'do EVERYthing without grumbling or arguing so that you may be blameless and pure'? We are still working on taking this to heart. It's a daily battle. (BTW... that verse can be found in Philippians... chapter 2... verse 14.)

I've been on facebook.

And twitter.

Nic has been playing with legos. He loves them!

Syd had a dental appt.

Chris had several dr. appointments.

Father's Day... good day!

Syd went to Dallas with a friend.

So did Max. (Not at the same time.)

I've done some cooking.

Started working out (more on this later).

John got baptized... so honored he invited me to be there!

Bought my sister a Bible.

Ministered to friends.

Praised my Jesus.

Syd went to Green Corn Festival. Didn't stay long... too hot.

Chaperoned a birthday party... I love Syd's friends!

Had sleepovers.

Cleaned house.

Washed, dried, and put up laundry.

Ran errands.

Prayed.

Watched movies.

Bathed the mutt.

Planned vacation.

Sydney to Branson with a friend.

I'm starting to ask myself why I've not been anywhere this summer!

Excited about Riviera Maya... One week from tomorrow, and I'm outta here!
